These terms cover your use of hotellobbby.com ("Hotel Lobby", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the service does

Hotel Lobby creates AI-generated images and short videos from photos you upload. Results are generated by machine-learning models and will vary. We don't guarantee that a result will match a person's exact likeness, movement or lip-sync.

Your photos and your responsibility

• Only upload photos you have the right to use, of people who agreed to appear.
• Do not upload photos of minors, or of public figures or anyone else without their consent.
• Do not use the service to impersonate, deceive, harass, defame or sexualize anyone, or to break any law.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create your results.

We may refuse or remove content and block access if these rules are broken.

Your results

You may use the images and videos you create for personal and social sharing. You are responsible for how you share them, including any music or other material you add afterwards.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Every purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed number of video generations; there are no subscriptions. Payments are processed by our payment partner, which also handles any applicable sales tax. A generation that fails is returned to your pass and is not charged. Purchased videos are tied to the browser you bought them in, so use the same browser to make them. See the Refund Policy for refunds. Joining the email list does not charge you or commit you to buy.

No affiliation

Hotel Lobby is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any artist, record label or music show.

Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

If you believe content created with the service infringes your rights or uses your likeness without consent, email hello@hotellobbby.com and we will review it promptly.
